Recticel to showcase quality insulation range at British Pig and Poultry fair

The popular, two-day fair, which is being held in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire features more than 350 exhibitors, promotes the latest innovations and developments in the agricultural sector.

Recticel will occupy stand 334 at the fair. As well as being able to witness the company’s easy-to-install polyurethane insulation boards which have been specifically designed for piggery and poultry stables, visitors can meet Recticel’s agri-insulation experts to discuss all aspects of these high-performance solutions.

Recticel will be displaying two products from its agricultural insulation range - Powerline and Cronus. The boards offer a superb thermal performance of 0.024 W/mK to help create the ideal indoor environment for animals, they are easy to clean as well as being fast and simple to install. Unlike other insulation solutions, Powerline and Cronus boards have facings that are adapted to the aggressive environment of piggeries, making them resistant to ammonia which can destabilise a standard insulation boards.

Among their other benefits, the Recticel boards prevent condensation, provide excellent light diffusion and have easy-to-clean surfaces to help maintain the highest-possible hygiene standards. The Cronus board, for example, can be cleaned with a hydro jet. The boards’ lightweight and easy-handling ability ensure their suitability for a range of new and existing agricultural building projects. Powerline boards are available in various lengths, resulting in fewer joints and prevention of potential for cold bridging. Both systems can be supplied with all required profiles and fixings, which once installed facilitate a comfortable environment for the healthy habitation of crops and livestock.
